What a Week

What a week the 4 Bears have had!!! I had a great Mother's Day. I got all of these beautiful hanging flowers. I hope all of you MOMS had a great day. Izabella's had her end of year breakfast and Pre-School Graduation. I also had Phat Camp in Cleveland.

I'm starting to pack for my show and get the camper ready for the holiday weekend. We had a t-ball game last night. The "Little Bears" were great and made me laugh several times. I love it and needed the excitement this week. We also have another game tomorrow then Thursday my friend Joyce and I will be heading to South Carolina for my show. I'm as ready as I've ever been-very excited to step on stage. Wish me luck and say a BIG prayer for me. I'll be updating my blog throughout the weekend.

Asparagus by the BOX

You know you are 2 weeks from a show when you buy asparagus like this!!!

After 2 weekends of Phat Camp, I'm home this weekend. We had 2 very successful camps. I got to spend some quality time w/ Lishia Dean last weekend. We were the only 2 dieting, so we decided to stay together. I can't wait to see her step on stage this summer. I'm very excited for her and her routine.

The support I am receiving from everyone is actually overwelming and very much appreciated. This is going to be the best show ever because of YOU. I'm printing and reading each one. I have found out in the last few days that "haters" or "jealous people"are making me work even harder. Keep on hating because it's making me stronger and better than ever. It's really sad how someone can talk about you when they don't even know you. You know, no matter what happen in 2 weeks, I have accomplished more than most people ever think about doing. I love to help women achieve their goals and I'm going to keep on doing it!!!

I won't be posting pics next week, because I'm going to post the final pic the day of the show.

Good Luck Little Bears

I'm currently in Edmonton, Canada at camp and my T-ball team is playing their opening day. Kenny and my good friend Megan are coaching for me today. All of my players are great kids. I absolutely love coaching them. Next Wednesday is our first game, so I'll post pics next week.

I was in Atlanta last week and Canada this week, so I really haven't had time to stop and think-which is a good thing because I may just think about a pizza!!! I do have to tell you about a really cool thing they did at Atlanta Phat Camp. Our dear friend/client/many time phat camper decided to have a donation time for Lishia and myself. This was to help w/ the expenses leading up to our shows this summer. Jen played a song and we did push-ups and popsquats while these ladies laid money in our face. It was the coolest thing. I can not THANK them enough. I really did appreciate that. That's what's keeping me going-all of you. I'm still doing 2 hours of cardio and my training. I'm pretty much just eating tilapia and asparagus at this point. Well, till next week - God Bless all of ya.

5 Weeks and Counting!!!

I had a long week and didn't have a chance to post last week. Things are great at the Bear House. Rozalee started crawling and is in to EVERYTHING. She is totally opposite of Izabella. She's going to think her name is NO.

I attached a few pics of the girls getting their ears pierced. Izabella already is picking out more earrings!!!

My diet is going good and my cardio is kicking BUTT-literally.

We're at Atlanta Phat Camp and will post more later. Have a great weekend.

I'm playing catch up today. I added a few of Izabella coloring eggs, her Easter Party at school and I almost forgot, I took them to get their ears pierced last week before the Church Easter Egg hunt/party. I told ya I had a crazy week!!!!
