I hope you are warmer wherever you are!!! It's -10 in Indiana. I'm sick w/ bronchitis and not having fun this week. I was honored to have one of our online clients spend the day w/ me on Monday. We trained all day, so she was a little sore on Tuesday and Wednesday. She is going to be great and she WILL achieve her goals by this summer. Keep it up Shawna.
